Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jash Boutique, we understand that sometimes an order may need to be cancelled. This policy explains the general process for order cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Request

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Jash Boutique as soon as possible after placing the order.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

If the cancellation is successfully accepted, the applicable refund will be initiated.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, customers may need to receive the product and follow the applicable return procedure, if the product is eligible for return under our Returns & Refund Policy.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be cancellable where:

  • The product has already been dispatched

  • The product has been customized or specially prepared

  • The product is specifically identified as non-cancellable

  • The cancellation request is received after the applicable cancellation period

5. Refund Processing

For an approved cancellation, the applicable refund will be initiated after cancellation confirmation.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

6. Failed or Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled by Jash Boutique due to reasons such as product unavailability, technical error, payment issue or other circumstances, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

7. Refund Method

Where possible, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the order.

In certain circumstances, an alternative refund method may be used.
